online tickets within one hour during normal business
hours. Please note that if you have a problem and
require support outside of business hours the correct
procedure is to telephone us on our main number.

All other phone support can be charged at $25 per

If an issue takes more than 10-15 minutes to resolve
it will be paid support. The support rate of $25.00
for up to an hour of support will be charged for
remote sessions that can be scheduled at least 24
hours in advance. Sessions requiring same day service
will be $50.00/hour.
